iphone / itouch appulous is slow ???? solution and appulous appulous troll bridge answer…

I was so fustrated that the appulous app was running slow but after some research i realized it is not their server, its our device!
appulous runs on a dedicated server, it is not shared by other websites and the speeds can handle a large amount of traffic. In fact, they had recently changed from a slow shared server to a new one, so therefore, slow speeds was nothing to do with them at all…

In order to achieve high speeds, do the following:
1) Go to your iphone or itouch settings
2) Click ‘Safari’, this will load up the settings for the safari browser application,
3) clear all cache, history and cookies.
4) Once you have cleared all, open the appulous (installous) application. you will notice that the installous app will ask you enter the appulous troll bridge answer, for this, enter the word ‘CAVERN’.
5) now, you should now have a fast connection to the the appulous server.. this is from, browsing, searching, category searching and downloading… this has just worked for me, so it should work for everyone….
